Build your own pizza lunch I made my kids a fairly healthy but very fun lunch with tortilla shells pan-fried topped with cheese. Cooked pasta dish that is super 'delicioso' according to my husband. Easy done big side for a get-together or potluck. Veggie pasta 2 boxes cook like always then drained. Sauce made separate in a frying pan start with 5 tsp olive oil, 1cup leftover beef from a roast, 1 can speggetti sauce, 1 diced tomato, season to taste throw in some feta cheese about 1 cup and mix all of it together on a hot burner. Good hot or cold you can substitute and meat or leave it out.
